May 5th, 2026 8am-4pm CST Fundamentals of Structural Bolted Joint Design and Installation

Course Overview

This comprehensive course, completed over 1 day, provides engineers, designers, and technical professionals with foundational knowledge and practical tools to understand, specify, and install threaded steel fasteners and structural steel bolted joints. Designed with a strong emphasis joint types and installation procedures, the course blends fundamental engineering principles with hands-on demonstrations and AISC 360/RCSC requirements.

Note: The focus of the course will be on structural joints according to AISC 360 and RCSC rather than dynamically loaded fastened joints.  Although the AISC 360 and RCSC will often be referenced, the course is not intended to provide a detailed presentation of these standards.
